I decided to make a lot of cookies for some lucky family, friends and coworkers.

7 varieties: Rugelach, Monster Cookies, Rasberry Jam Thumbprint Cookies, Candy Cane Cookies, Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies, Rustic Nut Bars, Chocolate Mice

Ingredients:
13 5/6 cups flour
12 1/4 sticks butter
10 eggs
5 cups + 9 tablespoons sugar
4 ? cups quick cooking oatmeal
200 almond slices
100 maraschino cherries w/ stems
100 hershey kisses
32oz + ? cup chocolate chips
1 12oz jar creamy peanut butter
48 rolo candies
8 ounces cream cheese
7 ounces sweetened flaked coconut
6 ounces cashews
5 ounces pistachios
4 ounces chopped hazelnuts
3 oz whole almonds
2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts
? cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup clover honey
? cup M & Ms
? cup + 1 tablespoon milk
? cup pureed apricot preserves
2 tablespoons crushed candy canes
2 tablespoons heavy cream
5 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon paraffin wax
1 tablespoon shortening
1 tablespoon water
3 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 ? teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 ? teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
? teaspoon red food color
sliced almonds
Rasberry Jam

Yield: 363 cookies
Prep, Baking, Plating, etc. time = 18 hours on a Sunday (on/off) + 1 hour on a Monday morning

Ingredients
2 1/2 ( 8 oz. packages) bakers semi-sweet chocolate
1 ( 8 oz. pkg.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
chopped nuts, colored sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or any topping of your choice

Directions
Melt 8 of the chocolate squares as directed on pkg; set aside. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add melted chocolate; mix well; refridgerate until firm. Meanwhile, cover baking sheet with waxed paper.

Shape chocolate mixture into 36 balls, using about 2 tsp. for each ball. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.

Melt remaining 12 chocolate squares as directed on package. Dip chocolate balls, one at a time, in melted chocolate. Return to baking sheet. sprinkle with desired coatings. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
